Robin Carson

Robin Carson has over two decades of experience in the insurance industry, primarily with State Farm Insurance. Currently serving as the Agency Development Center Staff Manager since May 2013, Robin focuses on training and developing agency interns to become successful State Farm agents. Additionally, in the role of Leadership Development Associate since July 2020, Robin manages the Agent Development Center at the Marina Heights location, emphasizing the training and development of agent interns. Prior experience includes serving as a Zone Agency Staff Assistant, providing executive support to leadership and acting as a liaison with various business partners, as well as handling complex auto claims. Robin holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Capella University and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Concordia College.
