Ron Thein

Ron Thein, CPA, MBA, CLU, CPCU, is currently the Chief of Staff at State Farm Insurance Co., where they have held various leadership roles since 2008, including Vice President of Financial Operations. With extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, they have managed significant teams and contributed to critical organizational initiatives. Ron also previously worked as a Manager at Sigma Aldrich and held several key positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Coopers & Lybrand. They earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and have completed executive programs at Harvard Business School and The Wharton School.
