Serena Smith

Serena Smith possesses extensive experience in the insurance and logistics industries, having served as an Agent at State Farm Insurance since June 2010, where the mission focuses on helping individuals manage everyday risks and achieve their dreams. Prior to this role, Serena held the position of Senior Agency Field Specialist at State Farm from August 2007 to May 2010. Additional experience includes working as an Account Manager at UPS Freight from May 2006 to July 2007 and at FedEx Freight from October 2004 to April 2006. Serena earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the College of the Ozarks, attending from 1991 to 1993.
