Tom Lichter

Tom Lichter, MA, SPHR, has extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as a Performance Learning Analyst at State Farm Insurance since June 1996. In this role, Tom designs and delivers customized learning solutions for leaders and executives, focusing on leadership competencies and career growth. Prior to this, Tom held positions including Assistant HR Manager and Senior HR Representative at Concordia University Irvine from January 2015 to November 2020, and also served as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor, where Tom designed and delivered an online course on Employee Training and Talent Development as part of the Organizational Psychology program. Tom holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University and a Bachelor of Arts in Radio, Television, and Digital Communication from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
