Troy Johns

Troy Johns has over 17 years of experience in technology management, primarily at State Farm, where employment has spanned from September 2006 to the present. In the role of Engineering Manager for Client and Voice Technologies, Troy leads an Agile team focused on automating large-scale corporate networks. Previous positions include Technology Manager roles in various domains such as Network Automation and Performance, Workstation Hardware, and Mobile Infrastructure Architecture. Troy has also served as OpenStack Product Owner, managing the implementation of cloud infrastructure solutions. Earlier experience includes roles at Best Buy as a PC Technician and communications tower construction with North Central Antenna Technologies, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications Management from Illinois State University and an Associate of Science degree.
