Wayne Cimons

Wayne Cimons, CPCU, is the Associate General Counsel for Federal Affairs at State Farm Insurance, where they focus on legislative, regulatory, and government affairs with a concentration in insurance and financial services. They previously served in various legal capacities, including Counsel at State Farm and Associate General Counsel for Federal Regulation at American International Group. Prior to that, Wayne was a Legislative Director for Joe DioGuardi, a Professional Committee Staff member for the U.S. House Committee on Government Operations, and a Legislative Analyst at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Wayne holds a BA from The George Washington University and a JD from George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School.
