Wesley Greene is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in industrial and residential development. Currently serving as a Small Bay Industrial Developer at TradeHub since January 2025, Wesley Greene manages the entire lifecycle of industrial warehouse projects, emphasizing land acquisition, infrastructure planning, financial structuring, design optimization, construction management, and tenant acquisition. Since January 2009, Wesley has also been a Residential Developer at Sage Communities, leading the creation of high-quality living spaces. Previous roles include Development at Pinchot Forest, President at At Home WNC, LLC, and sgblue, inc., and State Farm Agent since September 2011, providing personalized insurance solutions.
