Sofia Bernhard

Sofia Bernhard has extensive experience in human resources and leadership development, currently serving as an HR consultant at Statens servicecenter since August 2019, providing multifaceted HR support to various governmental agencies. Previously, Sofia worked as a senior HR consultant and leadership developer at BERNHARD LEDARSKAP, and held interim HR roles at Holmen Paper and Lantmännen. Additional expertise includes training military leaders at Försvarsmakten, consulting for STIM, and serving as an HR specialist at Högskoleverket, where strategic and operational HR processes were managed. Sofia's educational background includes a Master's degree in Pedagogy with a focus on leadership from Stockholm University, complemented by various certifications in coaching, transition management, and drama pedagogy.
