Mat Gargano

Mat Gargano is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in web development and digital strategy. As the Founder of Waypoint Agency, Mat leads a team in creating custom digital experiences for diverse clients including publishers and nonprofit institutions. Serving as Managing Partner at StatenWeb, Mat provides a comprehensive range of web design and development services. Mat also contributes to education as an Adjunct Professor at the City University of New York-College of Staten Island, where efforts focus on equipping students with practical skills in web development. Previously, Mat held key roles at Penguin Random House, Morgan and Morgan, and several other prestigious organizations, demonstrating expertise in technologies such as PHP and WordPress. Mat holds a B.S. in Management Information Systems and an MBA in Business Administration from Binghamton University.
