Since going live to market in 2020, Statera Talent has built a proven track record of filling roles in Ryan’s traditional Risk and Compliance markets, as well as the growing ESG space. After 2023, the scope broadened into Quantitative roles to tie into Lewis’ developed network.

• Placed 13 roles in an ESG information services business for their new product line in 2021/22.
• Multiple roles filled in Credit Risk across Europe in Rating Agencies, Banks and Lenders
• Raised over £10,000 for charity through Statera’s candidate placement initiative.
