Murray Ray has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Starting from their early career, they worked as a Programmer Analyst at AMS in 1984 and then moved on to become a Programmer II at Diner's Club in 1985.

In 1987, Murray joined US West, where they demonstrated exceptional performance and leadership, progressing from a Member of Technical Staff to a Senior Project Manager. During their tenure, they managed software architects, developers, and QA staff, and handled multiple development projects. Murray also served as the technical representative to the sales team and assisted internal business analysts with requirements development.

In 1997, Murray joined CenterPoint Solutions as the Director of Operations, where they successfully established and led operations. Murray managed a software development group, implemented continuous process improvements, and provided sales support. Murray also created joint branded offers and market collateral.

After CenterPoint, Murray joined NICE as the Director of Professional Services. Murray managed a 90-person organization and oversaw the transition after NICE's acquisition of CenterPoint. Murray established product development and market growth priorities, developed project schedules, and ensured high-quality product delivery. Murray also worked directly with corporate customers, developing custom software solutions for top clients like Citicorp, Progressive Insurance, American Express, and Wal-Mart.

In 2005, Murray became the Co-Owner and Manager of Customer Relations at MPowerIQ. Murray played a key role in product management, channel development, and quality assurance. Murray built strategic partnerships in multiple vertical markets and provided pre-sales support to dealers. Murray also led the successful design and launch of a popular User Interface (TISM).

In 2007, Murray joined Consona Corporation as the Director of Product Development and Program Manager in the ERP division. Murray managed four development groups, recruited and retained staff in the offshore development facility, and created programs to reduce attrition.

Following the merger of Consona and CDC Software, Murray continued with the resulting company, Aptean, in 2012 as the VP of Operations. Murray progressively ascended to this role and was responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations, including directing R&D initiatives for ERP product lines. Murray successfully built an offshore team in Bangalore, India, and focused on market share acquisition, expansion, professional services, and customer support.

Most recently, in 2014, Murray joined Statera, Inc. as a Senior Consultant, where they continue to contribute their expertise.

Murray Ray completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from the University of Colorado Boulder, where they studied from 1980 to 1984.
