Alex Schmid has over 15 years of experience as a change and people leader, specializing in technical accounting, finance, acquisition integration, system integration, and strategic planning. Previously, Alex held various leadership roles at Best Buy, where responsibilities included managing significant acquisition integrations and leading process improvements. Alex has also served as an Assistant Controller at Stinson Leonard Street LLP and an Accounting Manager at both Center for Diagnostic Imaging and SUPERVALU. Currently, Alex is the Vice President - Controller at StateServ and will take on the role of Director of Accounting at Dragonfly Health in 2024. Alex earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Saint Thomas and a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Hamline University.
