Scott Henry

Scott Henry is an accomplished finance executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in strategic consulting and leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Auterion since February 2024, Scott is instrumental in advancing autonomous computing technology. As the Founder of S. D. Henry Strategic Services since April 2009, Scott provides consulting to the global investment management community. Additionally, Scott holds multiple board positions, including Board Member and Chairman of the Audit Committee at Brain Corp, and serves as an advisor for Statespace and MindMaze. Previous roles include Chief Financial Officer at Skillz Inc., where Scott successfully guided the company through a SPAC merger, and Chief Financial Officer at Magic Leap, where Scott oversaw the transition to a global manufacturing and computing platform. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Syracuse University.
