Rory Pollard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales support and customer service across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Sales Support Assistant and Account Manager at Static Control since July 2018, Rory manages French-speaking accounts, focusing on cross-selling and upselling while addressing customer issues. Previously, Rory held roles at SANDEN Manufacturing Europe, ensuring timely delivery of air conditioning compressors, and at Watch Shop Ltd, providing customer service to a diverse clientele. With a strong background in languages, including French, German, and Spanish, Rory also has experience in IT support, website design, and volunteer work. Rory holds a BA (Hons) in Modern Languages from The University of Sheffield.
