• Potential for a 200-bed hotel or later-living accommodation
• Centre two-acre piazza
• £50 million of social infrastructure
• Potential for over 8,000 employees and residential occupiers on site
• Will generate an additional spend in local economy of between £17.5 million - £30.3 million per year
