Kathrin Hackländer

Kathrin Hackländer is an accomplished tax professional currently serving as the Head of Tax at Statista since October 2023, with previous experience as Teamlead Tax and Senior Manager International Tax. Prior to Statista, Kathrin held the position of Senior Tax Manager at CARIAD SE, a Volkswagen Group Company, from September 2021 to September 2023. Earlier experience includes roles at Körber AG as Senior Tax Manager and Tax Consultant, where involvement was focused on providing in-house tax consulting for subsidiaries in Intralogistics and Pharma Systems. Kathrin also worked at ParenteBeard LLC as a Manager in the German Desk, supporting German companies' expansion into the U.S., and began the career as a Senior Accountant at Rölfs RP AG and a Staff Accountant at Frobenius Bürger + Partner. Educational qualifications include a Master in International Taxation from the University of Hamburg and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Fontys Hogeschool Venlo in the Netherlands.
