Kit Foong

Kit Foong has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. From 2004 to 2006, they worked at Akris as an Accounts Coordinator/Operations Manager. They then joined Antal International as a Consultant from an unknown start date to May 2009. From 2010 to 2014, Kit worked at Michael Page, first as a Senior Consultant in the Commerce & Industry business and then in the Financial Services business. They were responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes and worked with global Fortune 500 companies and domestic business leaders. Kit then joined Universum in 2014 as a Regional Director - APAC, where they helped clients develop and grow their employer brands. In 2017, they had two brief roles, first as a Business Development Director at Big Data For Humans, utilizing data science for personalized marketing campaigns, and then as a Country Manager - Singapore at Mintel, a market intelligence agency. Since 2019, Kit has been at Statista, starting as the Head of Asia before taking on roles such as Director, Senior Director, and Managing Director for the Asia region.

Kit Foong completed a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance at Babson College from 2000 to 2004. Prior to that, from 1997 to 2000, Kit attended the International School of Kuala Lumpur. Kit's education began at the Hong Kong International School from 1992 to 1997.
