Norbert Behrend

Norbert Behrend has extensive experience in the IT field. Norbert currently holds the position of Senior Lead IT-Administration at Statista, where they have been working since July 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the IT Solution Architect & Senior Administrator at Statista from November 2021 to June 2022.

Before joining Statista, Behrend worked at DATAGROUP SE as an IT-Systemmanager from November 2020 to October 2021. Prior to that, they held the positions of IT Architect+Solution Designer from January 2020 to November 2020, and Teamleiter Operatives Geschäft from May 2017 to January 2020.

Behrend also gained valuable experience at HanseCom GmbH, where they worked for several years. Norbert served as the Teamleiter Client-Server-Services und Customized Application Management from September 2016 to May 2017, Teamleiter Client- / Server Services from April 2013 to September 2016, and IT-Systemmanager from February 2002 to April 2013. Norbert initially started their career at HanseCom GmbH as an Auszubildender Fachinformatiker (Systemintegration) from August 1999 to February 2002.

Norbert Behrend completed their education history from 1999 to 2002 at HanseCom GmbH, where they obtained a Fachinformatiker (Systemintegration), IHK degree. During the same period, they also pursued a Fachinformatiker degree in Systemintegration.

In addition to their formal education, Norbert Behrend has obtained several certifications over the years. In December 2002, they acquired the MCP certification from Microsoft. Norbert went on to obtain the VMware Certified Professional (VCP5) certification from VMware in June 2013. In March 2017, they obtained the IT Architecture and Technology Professional (TÜV) certification from TÜV Rheinland Group. Later, in September 2019, Norbert achieved the Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator certification from Microsoft. Norbert'smost recent certification is the VMware VCP-DCV 2021, which they obtained from VMware in April 2021.
