Yan Brisson serves as the Executive Director of Workforce Strategy and Services, passionately focused on enhancing employee experience and driving organizational change through data-driven strategies. Previously, Yan held several impactful roles at Statistics Canada, including Director of COVID-19 Analytics and Data Infrastructure, where they led initiatives to build critical data infrastructure during the pandemic. From 2008 to 2011, Yan worked as an Agronomist at COOP LA SEIGNEURIE BMR. Yan earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Agronomy and Crop Science from Université Laval in 2008.
