Jameson Hale began their career in 2014 as a Teachers Aide at Cedarville University, where they helped assist Dr. Holland grade for Probability and Stats I and any other grading they needed. In 2015, they became a Biostats Intern at Moffitt Cancer Center, working under Dr. Dung-Tsa Chen in the Biostatistics/Bioinformatics Department. Finally, in 2016, they began working as a Software Developer at Statistics Solutions.
