André Berka is currently the Head Advisor of Industrial Relations at Statkraft, a position held since 2025. Previously, André served as an attorney and legal editor at NHO - Næringslivets Hovedorganisasjon from 2020 to 2022 and worked at Norsk Industri as a legal student from 2017 to 2018.
