Morten Tasken

Morten Tasken is currently the Head of Nordic Performance Management and Controlling at Statkraft, overseeing financial reporting and business controlling for all units in the Nordic region within the Market Operations and IT sector since May 2016. Previously, Morten held various managerial roles at Statoil from October 2007 to April 2016, including Global Business Services Strategy & Transformation Manager and Head of GBS Accounting globally, where responsibilities included leading significant teams and managing shared service organizations across multiple countries. Morten's earlier experience includes roles in Norsk Hydro where the focus was on performance management and financial reporting, and a military background with the Norwegian Armed Forces. Morten holds advanced degrees in Strategy & Management and Finance & Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics, along with additional education from Østfold University College and the University of Oslo.
