Nigel Moore

Nigel Moore is an experienced trader with a robust background in energy and financial markets. Currently serving as an Intraday Power Trader at Statkraft since March 2022, Nigel previously held roles as an ETF Trader at Finovesta GmbH, where responsibilities included pricing ETFs on Swiss and Euronext exchanges and exploiting price discrepancies. Prior to that, Nigel worked at SSW-Trading GmbH as a Trader/Analyst, focusing on optimizing trading algorithms for global ETF and share trading. Early career experience includes positions as an Order Desk Analyst at Varengold Bank AG, managing customer trading inquiries, and trading futures as both a self-employed trader and at Propex Derivatives. Nigel completed a Master’s Degree in Quantitative Finance from the University of London and holds a Bachelor of Business/Bachelor of Arts in Finance, Economics, and German from the University of Technology Sydney.
