John Bruno

John Bruno is an experienced technology executive currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Chartnote since May 2023 and as Chief Executive Officer at On 3 Technologies, Inc. since August 2020, a nearshore software consulting firm. Previously, John Bruno was the CEO and Founder of On 3 Health, LLC from 2011 to 2020 and co-founded CACE Technologies, where John served as co-founder and CEO until its acquisition by Riverbed Technologies in October 2010, focusing on network traffic analysis. John Bruno's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the City University of New York and a significant role as Vice Provost for Information and Educational Technology at the University of California, Davis from 1999 to 2005.
