Alan LEK

Alan Lek is a semiconductor professional with over 20 years of experience across various leadership roles, including Yield Engineering, Product Engineering, and Project Management. They served as the Head of Department of Yield Engineering at Skyworks Solutions, where they successfully improved yield rates for RF filters. Previously, Alan was the Deputy Director of Product Test Engineering at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, overseeing significant advancements in yield performance for key technology developments. Currently, they are a Senior Process Manager at STATS ChipPAC, leading the Process Engineering Team for the WLD line. Alan holds a Master of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
