Ma Guo Hai is the Director of LGA&SiP Engineering at JCET, where they have developed significant expertise in IC assembly and testing over 16 years, including 9 years in management roles. Previously, Ma held managerial positions at Qorvo, Inc. and advanced engineering roles at both UTAC Shanghai and Diodes Incorporated. Ma's background encompasses proficiency in a variety of packaging technologies, including SiP, LGA, and QFN, alongside a solid foundation in project management, having earned a Master’s degree in the field from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
