YiFeng Sun

YiFeng (Evans) Sun is the IT Head at STATS ChipPAC Ltd. in China, bringing over 20 years of experience in the IT sector, particularly in OSAT, with more than 15 years in management roles. They previously held various positions at STATS ChipPAC, including IT Director and Snr. IT Director, overseeing comprehensive IT management and infrastructure initiatives. YiFeng also worked as a Senior Engineer at Millennium Microtech, managing applications such as MES and ERP. They earned a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Jiangsu University of Science and Technology and a Master's Degree in Automation Control from Shanghai University.
