Iain Hunter

Iain Hunter is an experienced professional in the subsea and remote systems sectors, currently serving as a Senior Remote Systems Technician at STATS Group since October 2019, after progressing from a Remote Systems Technician role. Prior experience includes a position as Workshop Chargehand at RWG (Repair & Overhauls) Limited from October 2016 to April 2019, and roles at Subsea 7 from April 2013 to November 2016, where responsibilities included maintaining and piloting ROVs for subsea operations. Earlier in career, Iain worked as a Tooling Technician at Oceaneering from June 2011 to March 2013, focusing on dredging and decommissioning projects and supporting the deployment of specialized tools like the subsea diamond wire saw in Azerbaijan. Education was completed at Falkirk High School.
