Anis A.

Anis A. is an experienced design and data analyst currently working at Stats NZ since March 2020, focusing on integrated data production and managing over 1000 datasets. Previously, Anis served as a stats and data analyst, where technical queries were addressed, and a significant content cleanup initiative was led. Early experience includes research roles at Global Bersih and Penang Institute, tackling topics related to democracy and mental health policy, respectively. Anis also engaged with international student advocacy through positions at the New Zealand International Students' Association and Auckland University Students' Association. Anis holds a Bachelor of Science with honors and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Auckland, completed in 2019 and 2018, respectively.
