Bailey Ransom is a professional with diverse experience in both rugby and consultancy roles. Following a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Newcastle University, Ransom began a career in rugby as a Professional Rugby Player with Newcastle Falcons Rugby Club from July 2019 to July 2021, before playing for BEDFORD BLUES LIMITED and currently with London Scottish RFC. Transitioning into the corporate sector, Ransom served as a Consultant at Fram Search from June 2021 to June 2022 and subsequently held positions at Calibre One as an Associate and Senior Associate until January 2023. As of March 2025, Ransom is set to join JLB as a Principal Consultant. In the current role at Stats Perform since October 2025, Ransom is responsible for customer success management specifically for rugby accounts in the EMEA region, focusing on customer engagement and product adoption.
