William Lamb

William Lamb serves as Senior Corporate Counsel at Stats Perform since December 2022, a leading sports technology company. Prior to this role, William was a Managing Associate in the Technology Companies Group at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP from January 2020 to August 2022, where representation of high growth technology companies and venture capital firms in corporate and securities law matters was a focus. William has also practiced as Associate Counsel at Origin House, advising during its acquisition by Cresco Labs, and held positions at Hogan Lovells and Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP in their Corporate/M&A Groups, providing legal counsel on merger and acquisition transactions. William holds a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Chicago.
