Helen Sun

CTO at STATS

Helen Sun is the current Chief Technology Officer at STATS. Helen has also previously served as the CTO and managing director at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and the VP, Cloud Compute, Information, and Architecture at Motorola Solutions. Prior to that, they were the Sr. Director, Global Enterprise Architecture at Salesforce.

Sun has been responsible for AI, Innovation, Global Engineering, Design, and IT Services at STATS Perform since July 2018. Helen was also responsible for driving and enabling business innovation for next-generation public safety and citizen engagement solutions at Motorola Solutions with a focus on enterprise architecture, cloud strategy, enterprise compute infrastructure, analytics, and data management functions.

At Salesforce, Sun oversaw the global enterprise architecture program and was responsible for establishing EA vision, developing architecture framework and development process, developing reference architecture repository, as well as building an EA community for training, enablement, and sharing best practices. Other focus areas included architecture development and GTM strategy for analytics and big data.

Dr. Helen Sun received their Ph.D. in Educational Technology & Information Systems from The University of Toledo.

Their manager is Carl Mergele, CEO. They work with Lisa Ackerman - SVP Customer Success, Steve Xeller - Chief Revenue Officer, and Courtney Swoyer - Vice President of Human Resources.
