Rune Solheim

Rune Solheim is an engaged operations director at Statsbygg, leading a team of 340 dedicated employees focused on sustainability, technology, and ensuring safe and meaningful operations of buildings. They have previously served as a first consultant in the Oslo municipality, where they worked on administration, economy, and HR. Subsequently, Rune held the position of advisor in Skedsmo municipality, leading an administration unit within a care and welfare district. Currently, Rune is advancing their education at Norges Handelshøyskole through the AFF Solstrandprogrammet.
