Ståle Helland

Ståle Helland is the Fagdirektør for Vedlikehold at Statsbygg, where they are responsible for developing maintenance strategies. Previously, they held various leadership roles within Statoil, including Facility Management team lead and GBS FM Site Leader, from 2007 to 2015. Ståle also served as Forvaltningssjef for region Vest and Områdedirektør at Statsbygg prior to their current position. With a Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering from Høyskolen i Bergen and a Master's degree in Facilities Planning and Management from NTNU, they have a strong educational background to support their extensive experience in facility management and maintenance.
