James B.

James B. has over nine years of work experience in various roles within the real estate and investment industries.

From May 2014 to April 2015, they worked as a Property Services Consultant at Chestertons, where they focused on business development, building and maintaining client relationships, and generating valuations for sales and lettings.

In August 2013 to April 2014, they served as a Property Investment Consultant at Experience International, where they closed deals for UK-based investment properties, managed their client base, and negotiated deals between private finance investors and developers.

From December 2012 to July 2013, James worked as an Administrator/Negotiator at Preston Baker.

Prior to their real estate roles, James held a position as a Research Head at YOUSPOTPROPERTY.COM LTD from April 2015 to November 2019. Here they were responsible for identifying, locating, and contacting individuals and company directors for property opportunities, as well as managing a team of researchers and genealogists.

From April 2015 to November 2019, they also worked as Relationships and Acquisitions at Hyjan Investments.

From January 2016 to November 2019, James served as the Director of Operations at Greenlight Asset Management. In this role, they managed and disposed of probate properties, provided detailed appraisal reports, and oversaw the sales process through estate agencies.

Finally, since December 2019, James has been with Status Labs as a Business Development Manager, and since January 2021, they have held the position of Business Development Director.

James B. attended Simon Langton Grammar School for Boys from 2001 to 2008. James did not complete a degree or have a specific field of study during their time at this school. James B. then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Management from the University of Leeds from 2008 to 2012.
