Marvin Jones

Marvin Jones is an experienced ZK Research Engineer currently at Status since July 2023, with previous roles including Cryptography Researcher at Space and Time from May to December 2022, and Graduate Research Assistant at Clemson University from August 2018 to August 2022, focusing on zero knowledge protocols, particularly zk-SNARKs and zk-STARKs. Marvin Jones has also served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Clemson University and a range of teaching positions at Greenville Technical College, providing instruction in various mathematics courses, as well as roles at the University of South Carolina and Wake Forest University. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Mathematical Science from Clemson University and a Master’s in Mathematics from the University of South Carolina, along with additional degrees from Wake Forest University and Winthrop University.
