Simran Luthra

Simran Luthra has been working in the Human Resources industry since 2019. Simran began their career as a Fellow Designate at YES FOUNDATION (India) in 2019. In 2020, they held two internships at Glevy Services and Shivalaya Academy as a Human Resources Intern. In 2021, they worked as an Associate Consultant - HR at Oodles Technologies Pvt Ltd. Currently, they are an Associate Consultant - Talent Analyst at StatusNeo.

Simran Luthra is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Business Administration and Management, General at the Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, which they began in 2021 and is expected to complete in 2023. Prior to this, they obtained a B.com in Finance and Human Resources from Delhi University, which they completed in 2021. Additionally, in October 2022, they obtained a Tech Recruitment Certified Professional certification from DevSkiller.
