Lance Dietz

Lance Dietz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment and board governance. Currently a Partner and Principal at KB Partners since April 2018, Lance is also involved as a Kauffman Fellow in Class 28 with Kauffman Fellows from June 2023. Additionally, Lance serves on the boards of several companies including The Realest, BookSeats, KAYA Climb, Goss, Stadium Live Studios, StatusPRO, and Compliable, demonstrating a strong commitment to fostering growth in various sectors. Lance holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business (2013-2015) and a BS in Economics from the United States Military Academy at West Point (2004-2008), complemented by a semester abroad at Universidad Diego Portales in Business in 2007.
