Daniel Luettgau

Head of AI Consulting at statworx

Daniel Luettgau has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Daniel started their career in 2006 as a volunteer at the Holocaust Center of the Jewish Federation of Greater Pittsburgh. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as a research assistant at the University of Mannheim. In 2012, they became a graduate student research assistant at the Mannheim Centre for European Social Research, where they worked until 2014. In 2015, they completed an internship at the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH. Later in the same year, they became a freelance worker at the University of Mannheim. In 2016, they joined Statworx as a consultant for data science and continued to progress in their career at the company, eventually becoming a senior consultant in 2018. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a data science manager at Statworx. Currently, they hold the position of Head of AI Consulting at Statworx, starting in April 2021.

Daniel Luettgau's education history starts with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Business Administration from the University of Mannheim. Daniel'sstudies then took him to The Johns Hopkins University for an exchange year in 2011-2012. Afterward, they returned to the University of Mannheim to pursue a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Political Science. During their educational journey, they also attended the Essex Summer School in Social Science Data Analysis in 2012, where they obtained a Summer School certification in Political Science. Additionally, Daniel has earned several certifications, including the C2 Proficiency Diplom from Cambridge Assessment English, the Professional Scrum Master I and Professional Scrum Product Owner I from Scrum.org, and the SAFe Agilist Certification from SAFE Agile Inc.
