Marcel Plaschke has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Marcel started their career as an Assistant in various companies from 1999 to 2008. In 2009, they joined Accenture as a Project Management Office Consultant and later transitioned to the role of Consultant. From 2011 to 2015, Marcel worked as a Management Consultant at Detecon International GmbH. In 2015, they joined Volkswagen Group China as an Assistant Manager and then took on the role of Head of Car Sharing Business & Product Strategy. Marcel also worked in New Mobility & Connected Car Strategy as part of the Corporate Strategy team. Marcel started their entrepreneurial journey in 2017 and worked as an Entrepreneur until 2020. Since 2018, they have been associated with STATWORX GmbH, initially as a Senior Manager and currently as the Head of Strategy, Sales & Marketing.

Marcel Plaschke earned a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München from 2004 to 2009. In 2008, they also pursued a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General at UC Santa Barbara for a brief period.
