Florian Friedrich

Florian Friedrich is currently the Director of HR at Stäubli, where they focus on people, culture, and transformation. Previously, they held various HR roles at Mondelēz International, including HR Business Lead for Corporate Functions and HR Manager for Marketing and Finance. Florian also gained valuable experience through internships at Schaeffler and Diehl BGT Defence and has held leadership positions at GfK and NÜRNBERGER Versicherung. They earned a Diplom in Social Economics from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg and an MBA in Insurance from Universität Leipzig, alongside a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
