Pete Conley

Pete Conley is a Partner at Burch Creative Capital and currently serves as a Fractional COO at Rowing Blazers. They have held various roles in investment banking and equity research, including positions at Stifel Financial Corp. and OTR Global. In addition to their current work, Pete has been involved as a board member or observer for multiple companies, including STAUD and Win Brands Group. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Pre-Med at Georgetown University, while also working towards a Master of Management Studies at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
