Aj Mueller

AJ Mueller currently serves as the Head of Customer Success at Stavtar Solutions, beginning in September 2024. Prior experience includes positions at ION as the Head of Client Experience Automation and Head of TIM Trade Idea Platform, where significant contributions included closing six-figure API sales, enhancing client retention through strategic plans, and implementing innovative onboarding campaigns. AJ also co-led a global team of Product Specialists and played a key role in ensuring positive net promoter scores (NPS) across various projects. Prior roles at TIM, an Acuris Company, involved managing account teams and driving client engagement initiatives. AJ holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ohio Dominican University.
