Michael Walker

Michael Walker has extensive experience in the business world, having held various executive and advisory roles since 1994. In 2021, they began their current role as the Chief Executive Officer of STAX Engineering. Prior to this, they served as an Advisory Board Member at the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business from 2018 to 2021. From 2008 to 2010, they were a member of the Baswood Corporation Board of Directors and the CEO, managing its operational model and business strategy from pre-commercialization start-up phase to successful market penetration and integration. From 2010 to 2005, they were a Board of Directors member at Curvature, formerly Network Hardware, and IT company focused on managing, maintaining and upgrading equipment and support for multivendor and multinational networks and data centers. From 2005 to 2004, they were the Vice President of Business Development at Giveline, Inc., a revolutionary e-commerce platform for the community-minded shopper. From 2004 to 1999, they were the Vice President of Sales & Business Development at Demarc Security Inc. Michael then served as the President & COO at AdTraffickers from 1999 to 1994, where they established the company as the preeminent company within the online advertising operations space. Michael Walker's career began in 1994 when they were an Account Executive at Oracle Corporation.

Michael Walker attended Bellarmine College Preparatory from 1983 to 1987. Michael then attended the University of California, Berkeley from 1987 to 1989. Finally, they attended the University of Southern California from 1989 to 1992, where they obtained a BS in Finance.
