Gary Brewsaugh

Gary took over as President and CEO of StayLinked Corporation in August 2013, following the untimely passing of the company’s founder, Dave Griffith. Previously, Gary served as the corporate Senior Vice President and General Counsel, with responsibilities that included providing advice and counsel on corporate direction, governance, contractual relations, and commercial, employment, and litigation issues. He also served as Vice President of Business Development, and as the Product Manager for the company’s StayLinked software product, leveraging his extensive experience in the areas of technical business practices and procedures, as well as business relationships.

Prior to joining the company in 2004, Gary practiced law for 25 years, primarily in the areas of commercial and corporate transactions, as well as civil litigation. As a sole practitioner with a successful law practice, he served as the company’s corporate counsel on an outsourced basis from its inception in 1991. Gary received a bachelor’s degree from Yale University and a law degree from Western State University College of Law, where he served as Editor-In-Chief of the Law Review. He has been a member of the California State Bar since 1978.
