Stby is a pioneer in design research, committed to driving meaningful change. We are dedicated to creating more human, fair, and sustainable ways of living, working, and doing business.

At Stby, continuous learning and R&D inspire us to push the boundaries of design research. For over 20 years, we have built on proven methodologies and innovative approaches, customising each project to meet the unique needs of our clients.

We co-founded the Reach Network for Global Design Research in 2008 to meet international research demands. This network of partners around the world allows us to offer our services on a global scale.

Our clients range from international corporations to public sector entities and NGOs. We specialise in strategic and creative research projects, collaborating closely with key stakeholders to bring real people into the heart of service innovation and complex transition processes.
