STC is a proven, established sales and business development L&D provider, operating predominantly within Australasia. We have been operating for over twenty years, developing front line staff across a wide range of industries with a proven consultative methodology, an engaging style and with robust reinforcement.

As individuals, and therefore as a company, we are passionate about helping people develop their sales communication skills. We care about our clients' success and we care about the individual participants within our programmes. This personal philosophy is reflected in everything we do. We believe that our success always comes from providing great value to our clients, backed by a strong desire to see those clients' succeed. Our role is to help our client’s teams identify how to do this in practice, by following a tried, trusted and ethical sales communication process.

We are real world consultants and facilitators; having walked the talk in sales and business development roles ourselves and having been successful in managing sales teams and multi-million dollar organisations.

We are L&D professionals using our experience of psychologically proven sales communication skills, taught within programmes designed using our extensive knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
