Greg Gilbert is an experienced learning experience designer and instructional designer with a strong background in content curation and the development of various learning solutions. Currently serving as an LXP Instructional Designer at KELLY OCG for Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices since August 2020, Greg has also worked as a Learning Experience Designer and Content Curator for St. Charles Consulting Group since June 2020. Previous roles include positions at Koch Industries, Flint Hills Resources, Butler Community College Business Performance Group, and Cessna Aircraft Company, where Greg designed and delivered a wide range of training programs and learning pathways. Greg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Newman University.
