Greg Lea

Greg Lea is a seasoned learning strategy and design consultant with extensive experience in driving business impact through scalable learning solutions and innovative technologies. Currently serving as a Learning Strategy & Design Consultant at St. Charles Consulting Group since October 2025, Greg previously held key leadership positions, including Director of Learning Services at Contentful, where notable achievements included doubling certification growth and launching a significant non-technical certification program. Prior roles include Senior Director of Customer Education at RingCentral, where initiatives led to substantial production improvements and cost savings, as well as various positions focused on learning and development within organizations such as StarRez, WJ Bradley Mortgage Capital, and Aurora Bank. Greg holds a Master’s degree in Information and Learning Technologies from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of South Carolina.
