Traci W. is a learning and culture leader with over 15 years of experience in program design and development. They served as a Global Learning Strategist at Mars from 2018 to 2021, where they advocated for learners and partnered with leadership to create effective learning solutions. Traci also led the instructional design efforts at Mars University, transforming traditional programs into engaging digital experiences, including award-winning initiatives for leadership training. Currently, Traci is the VP of Chapter Engagement and Inclusion at the National Charity League, Inc. Seaside Chapter, focusing on member engagement and diversity initiatives, and they have founded Sea Change: A Learning Collective while consulting for St. Charles Consulting Group. Traci earned a B.A. in Psychology from Lewis University in 2001.
